The LEHA Handbook contains information about the history of the association along with a map of the development, association policies, deeded restrictions, and association by-laws.  Information is also included about the Basin Pond Conservation Easement, DEP site location orders, buffer zones, mandatory driveway locations, and a list of E-911 address numbers. The By-Laws section of the handbook include the most recent changes that were unanimously passed at the annual meeting on July 29,2006.

  1. The "White Book" is an archive of information concerning the establishment of the development of Lake View Estates by the Patten Corporation. A thick binder with a white cover was given to all original owners.  We incorporated relevant information into the LEHA Handbook.  Other information is available in this document titled “Patten White Book”.
